Navcanada pilot deal?

Hello everyone, is anybody knows anything on the navcanada pilot deal; scheduled, upgrade, how is it like to work there, you know normal stuff?

Has anyone gotten called for this one?

These guys advertise fairly regularly - how come? I'd think it would be a good stable job, couldn't imagine too much attrition.

Anyone know the difference between FIP and SDP in terms of what they actually do?

Bad link. But I think what you are looking for is:

Service Design Pilot: Fly a desk 9-5, work with industry to ensure NavCanada is delivering desired service.

Flight Inspection Pilot: Go on the road for 4 days at a time and fly approaches over and over again.
