Fractional/purchase in a light single, out of CYTZ.

Hello. I am looking for an opportunity to purchase, or invest in a fractional ownership in a light single (C152, C172, PA-28, etc). Price point determinate.

If you are an owner looking for a partner, I would be interested. Also, I would entertain the idea of a partnership to purchase a plane if all circumstances work out with a like minded partner(s), however given the time that those arrangements can take, I'd rather buy into an existing ownership.

My only absolute condition is that the frame would have to be based at CYTZ. (City Centre, Toronto)
Ideally, I'm looking to get into a turnkey situation, not a fixer-upper, and be wheels up by the end of August.

I hold a CPL, SMELS, Group 1. I'd expect to fly approx 200 hrs/year.
