The ads often have a lot to do with what you searched for recently...

Oh and PS: I do accidentally click ads quite a bit--especially on the phone, hopefully that helps the AVCANADA coffers.

They are sometimes related to something the thread is about but the default seems to be "start a flirty chat now." "Fit singles" Uh, yeah that's me! etc.

Interesting thread because the only pop up ads I get are for KY jelly, butt plugs and diapers. Which is interesting, because the only surfing I'm doing these days is for opportunities at Transport Canada.
