My guess it was a gear problem? Unless the plane is supported by cradles, being under one on jacks gives me the willies--especially if it is only two jacks and a tail tie down that may or may not be heavy or strong enough if somebody has to go inside and move levers or pump.
Geez did I say that....? Or just think it....?

Their 99's have hydraulic gear. I was going to guess C-FCAK, but that is a A100, it seems to be the one that gears up the most there.
