Would it be worth applying for a non-flying job at westwind/pronto and apply for a pilot position once one is available?

I talked to HR there a few years ago about rampy type gigs. They do have rampies but dont make it their mission to hire directly from the ramp. I have also heard from westwind pilots that its not an airline to start out with 250 hours. Best to get a 1000 then go there.

Could be different now though
