Were they on company business and the tickets paid for by RIM, or were these two idiots on personal time? If the later, then their jobs should not be in jeopardy.
How can you tell which one is the pilot when you walk into a bar?....Don't worry he will come up and tell you.

If your traveling on company business on their dime you should act like a respectful human being at all times. I would have fired there ass so fast.

The skipper did these two clowns a favour diverting to Vancouver. Getting arrested in Beijing would be a lot worse and a LOT more expensive.

Nortel used to and there were great stories about various executives behaviors on those flights and their admin'sCheap company! They should have business jets for employees to travel on, and to relax and have a good time.
However the best was some sales lady who did some kind of strip tease and a bit more on her way back from the UK on an AC 777.
