Back in the day, I had one skydiver crawling up the wing of a 182 I was flying during a jump run.
What he didn't warn me about is that he intended to stand up on top of the cabin, which put a lot of tail fin airflow interferences.
After uselessly banging the roof with my hand, asking him to leave....duh! The tail flutter stopped and felt him heading to the right wing tip.

I helped his exit with a sharp wing banking

All this to say that some good tail fin flutter must have been felt by the guy flying the glider while the other guy was standing up.
Quite a feat when flying close formation like that.

I think the flutter I'm talking about is shown on the video at the 1:38 mark.

Great video - looks like a heck of a lot of fun (the flying part that is, the dude climbing all over the outside of the aircraft is nuts). On a couple of gliding sites I frequent, there are quite a few videos / photos of skydivers climbing out of gliders. Seems to be an increasingly popular sport in Europe. But this particular video seems to be taking it to the extreme. I'd never given much thought to the issue of the skydiver blanking out the rudder ... I suppose that adds a bit of a challenge.

Quite a ride, I'd imagine.

I think you'd have to be a kid on Red Bull to try this. Unfortunately, I'm no longer a kid nor like Red Bull. I'll sit back and watch, thank you.

I wouldn't have believed it until I saw it on "Hot For Words."

Now I'm a "Marina Mesmerized Convert" and will use it frequently .... "meh."

Doing those stunts with those Jenny's required real balls, the red bull was very cool but the lady wins this one.
