looking for block time or lease

I'm looking for either a Cherokee 6, Cessna 206 or something like a Baron 58 or newer Seneca based somewhere not too far from YWG.

The problem is I don't need it all the time. Only outside the busy summer months, say October, November, December and March, April, May but there probably is some flexibility.

If you can help me out contact me and hopefully we can make a deal.
