They should keep at least one airworthy for fishing trips!

That capability for these VH-71s to be airlifted is interesting. 424 went to Haiti with Griffons, didn't they?

Canada likes to be seen as a major world player (on a beer budget.) Next time there's a tsunami somewhere, having a big yellow bird birthed from a CC-117 would give that impression...

It is a very capable machine. I had no idea that parts are problematic.
