CYYC Room to Rent

Hello,

I have a basement suite that is available for rent. It is located in Airdrie, and is a 15 minute drive to the west side of CYYC and 20 minute to the east side of CYYC. Both myself and my wife work out of the airport and it is a fairly consistent drive. It can take an additional 5 minutes to get to the east side if there is traffic. The terminal building is 15 minutes.

Looking for $1200/month for the whole basement (two rooms, bathroom, washing/drying machine, full kitchen, furnished) or $650/room, must be willing to have a roomate. PM if interested!!!
