Keep in mind these are US figures. Sadly, Canadian operators pay on the lower end of the spectrum.

Those numbers are also form the international side of the survey. Follow the link to see the US domestic numbers. There are definitely operators in Canada that are paying above the average. We who have found employment with them are the lucky ones.
