I know I shouldn't do this but.... which union leaders? The recalled MEC? The disgraced NC1? You are aware there is now a government imposed contract now that had nothing to do with negotiating or what the "union leaders" were looking for?

Your rhetoric is simply untrue.

VIC 777 with freedom of speech comes responsibilities in which you have not demonstrated in anyway other then speculative rhetoric.

If you know or are aware of those in the M.E.C. who profited in any way as you have alleged bring charges against them.

Failing that your comments are vapid at best vilifying at worst.

It would appear you are following in the foot steps of that discredited junior Senator from Wisconsin who said in a speech in Wheeling West Virginia in 1950, "I have here in my hand a list of 205 that were made known to the Secretary of State as being members of the Communist Party and who nevertheless are still working and shaping policy in the State Department".

In the end there were no names brought forward, so unlike the junior Senator from Wisconsin, Vic 777 if you have any decency or moral fortitude either retract what you said or name those who profited.

Look at what equipment they are on and look at their future prospects, it all worked out quit nicely for them, didn't it. They could have negotiated for the windfall gains to raise the wages of the junior Pilot, but they took a course which would reap maximum gains for themselves. If anyone should be outraged it should be the junior Pilot, not me. As I said in the post above all ten year Captains etc. should get the exact same pay, that's what the Company's FlyPast60 Windfall Profits should have gone to, not stalling the issue for the benefit of the Elite.

So you ARE referring to the recalled MEC and disgraced NC1.

I am disgusted by what transpired with their actions but even they got burned in the government imposed contract. Those who bid the EMJ are now on a dying fleet and the TA1 MPU increases were not included when the dust settled.

Don't worry about Junior pilot outrage. It is very real.

You are right that there are millions of dollars in savings from the end of mandatory retirement that wont be shared but why would the corporation do that when you have an appointed arbitrator, Federal Government and Minister of Labour all in your back pocket?

Vic 777

Are you either going to visibly name those at A.C.P.A. who by your account "benefited" or delete the allegation that you made on the previous page?

If not Sir or Madam, you are not only being intellectually dishonest but morally bankrupt as well.

The obvious solution. Pilots protest by voluntarily retiring at age 60. Anyone not doing so can be publicly ridiculed on this forum (as access to the ACPA forum will no longer be available for those already retired.)
