From what I hear it is one of the best instructing gigs out there. I've known people who work there and they having nothing but good things to say about the place. I guess the pay is above average (approx. 23/hr), and you are able to build multi time right away. Management knows that the "younger instructors" are there to build there time, experience and move on. I guess they do not force you to upgrade to class II or I and MAKE you take days off during the week in order for your personal life/time to be content as well. I instructed somewhere else but wish St. Thomas Flying Club was the route I had taken.

I've known 2 of their former instructors and they have nothing but good to say about the company. They made lots of good connections and were able to get out into bigger and better things with only 1-2 years of instructing.

Can anyone provide me with a link to their website for more information?
Or with any other handy points for a person keen on doing their flying training there?
Where are they located? What seems to be their fleet size? Do they provie Multi IFr training? If so, what are the aircraft's they use for the same etc..
Many Thanks.
