Well now that the argument has started which is the old feed the family argument or turn down sweatshop wages there is an out. Unionize the dam shop IMMEDIATELY and hammer out a darn contract and get rid of these cancerous sweatshop regional Terms of Employment. Or else keep your comments to yourself and yes hang your heads in shame in the terminal. There are solutions and that is merely one of them. Unionize or drag the industry down. Just sayin.

Actually making a union will probably only drag the industry down further from past experience. I recommend a friendlier approach such as westjet: an association.
Something tells me forming a union will only make air canada choose another carrier to operate these aircraft, ie: shut down skyregional.
