Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have:
• Progressive aviation work history, including flight experience within the last several years. Seventy-five percent of the aforementioned experience must have been obtained in either/or a combination of 604, 704, 703 and 702 flight operations.
• Flying skills that exceed Transport Canada minimum specifications.
• Minimum of 3,000 hours total fixed wing time. 500 hours of the aforementioned flight hours must have been accumulated in geographically remote Canadian locations.
• Minimum of 600 hours multi-engine PIC.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of Canadian Aviation Regulations.
• Experience with float rating would be desired.
• Excellent team player and leadership skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Conditions of Employment:
• Airline Transport Pilots License.
• Restricted Radio License.
• Multi Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) rating.
• Class 5 Driver’s Licence.
• Criminal Records and Child Abuse Registry Checks.
• Restricted Area Security Pass.
• Canadian Passport.

Duties:
As assigned by the Operations Manager and/or Chief Pilot, the incumbent will be required to act as either Captain and/or First Officer on Manitoba’s aircraft which have a gross takeoff weight of 12,500 lbs or less.
