Clarity Aloft Headset
I was on ebay last night looking for a new headset and came across this headset called Clarity Aloft. I was wondering if anyone has tried a pair or owns a pair and could give me some info on them. They look pretty sweet with just the little ear pierces but I dont really want to drop like $600+US without even trying them. Their website is http://www.clarityaloft.com , they give some info, but any more would be appreciated
cheers

I don't know much about them but I'm very curious as to the justification for the price tag.
They explain that the real secret is the patented Comply™ Canal Tips, composed of soft viscoelastic foam. However, they sell these tips for $24.95 for a package of twelve.
Therefore, you're paying $525.05 for a couple little speakers and a mic.
Seems a bit much doesn't it??

You could always just but one of these....

For $399, and then buy 12 of the comfort tips from clarity for $24.95.
Still a little pricey I think.

Ya it does seem a little pricey for such a small product, but there is an air show with these guys coming near me so I guess I will try them out there. They say they still give up to 45dB of attenuation which seems pretty cool for a such a small and light headset.
