The RC model in the video is similar to the model that he flew in the 2012 competition. (I was unable to easily locate his 2013 information)

The 2012 model is electric powered, with a 2-cell Lipo for power (nominal 7.4 volts, 120 mAH). Flight endurance: 4 minutes. Wingspan: 840mm. Weight (ready-to-fly) 95 grams.
The video shows his free-style routine which was set to music. You can see the rules for the F3P competition here:

The competition is free-style. However, all competitors must pass a qualifying round following the prescribed sequence in the last section of those rules. There is a list of named manouvers for the prescribed sequence. I think his freestyle included all those (in a different order) plus maybe a few extra moves.
As is usually the case with these things, it sure takes a lot of skill to make it look easy.
