The James Sanders book started out as an interesting read, but the wind really went out of it towards the end, when every last shred of physical evidence supporting the missile theory was confirmed to have vanished..

This type of speculation on air disasters is nothing new. Look at the 2011 issues from that cop on the Swissair crash off coast Nova Scotia, the CBC Fifth Estate ran with it. However the story evaporated quickly as there was absolutely no foundation for the bizarre claims by this retired cop. Although this cop had a background in explosive devices, his expertise wasn’t in aviation and one on the investigators indicated this cop’s job was just taking pictures, he was a photographer. Even survivors of the victims were dismayed about this whole episode…….
