Hey all,
I thought I remembered a thread about the phone interview, but now that I've gone looking I can't find it. Feel free to point me in the right direction if I just missed it.
If not, do any of you have advice for the phone interview? From what I understand it's mostly questions about myself (e.g. "when have you been in a dangerous situation and how did you handle it"), and some questions about the company. Anything else?

Re: Phone interview
They also ask you about Nav Canada, too see what you know about the company. Most of the questions are just what you are expecting. Spend time thinking back on past work experience. Make sure you have your dates all figured out. They want specifics so know as many details as you can, but don't go on and on. Answer the questions completely and with detail but try not to drag it out.
Good Luck.

Re: Phone interview
Had my interview yesterday, and my green light lit up today. Feeling very grateful that this process is going so smoothly for me.
