Not quite the same, it appears as though the Moncton agreement is for instructors to work for ?, with the carrot of employment at Georgian being dangled, while the Ottawa agreement is for pilot student selection to Georgian, kind of like a cadet program.
Curious anyone know what MFC pays their instructors? This should help keep it on the low end or if they pay decent, keep it from having to go up, whichever the case may be.

The Ottawa program is a carrot dangle as well, just worded differently. Why would Georgian need a cadet program? Haven't they been paying rock bottom salary for FOs all along?
