It will. WestJet is hiring in excess of 50 people this year. That represents 50% of Encore if they took 100% flow through right away.

The WJ posting was closed a couple of weeks ago.
With that, I don’t expect it to open again this year unless 2015 spring numbers come in high (later in the fall).
I had an existing pool of around 22 to draw from for my (1) Feb and (2) March courses and in addition, the April course will have the first Encore flow. May and the two fall courses will also have Encore flow.

WOW with about 60 people needed for westjet and 22 in the pool that means only 38 new hires. and if they take only the min from encore that means there will only be about 28 hires from outside! competition will be tough, looks like encore will have to be a option
