I thought that airspace was always under FAA control because of how close it is to Metro. I think Canada has control over some American airspace as well.

I'm dense, is this because of the Detroit arrivals? It's always been that way as far as I can remember.

I think the provincial govt gave Windsor to Detroit a while ago to help them out of bankruptcy.... Nobody noticed.
