Small cabin on crown land

Post by Leightonzook »

Looking ahead to this coming years fishing trips and was wanting some input. I would like to store
a boat motor and camping gear on a lake I fly to alote. It's on crown land. What is the accepted practice
Among pilots as to storing things on lakes? I'm not looking at building a cabin but possibly a storage box 4x4x2. Any ideas? The last thing I want is to make a mess of the wilderness

Technically you should get a boat cache or land use permit for the boat. MNR in the NW region of Ontario checks up on boats during the winter months and will confiscate your boat if it does not have a number on it.
