YEG Region VFR Questions

Hi!

So I have been green lit for Edmonton Region after my second interview (IFR Stream) and had a few questions about the VFR side of things that I couldn't find clear answers to elsewhere on the forum.

1) Salary - after completing training, what is a realistic estimate of what one should expect to make in their first year at an ATC-1 tower, with overtime, etc?

2) Relocation - does NAVCANADA offer any sort of relocation assistance, financially or otherwise, when moving for your first posting?
