Bit of a misleading headline. While the ANA aircraft was involved in both mishaps, they would seem to be the only ones who did everything right. They rejected their takeoff when the helicopter flew over them without a clearance and they had no control over JAL ignoring an instruction to go-around and landing on the runway behind them.
