Best corporate operators out of YYZ

Hi folks,

Was hoping to get some opinions on the different viewpoints from people working at different operators out of YYZ. Im not referring to the straight corporate gigs like Barrick or Onex more the comparisons between the chartrights and skyservice etc..

From my knowledge of Skyservice, execaire and chartright, my preference would be skyservice from a pilots point of view. If you want to bring a new owner to a management company, there are arrangements that benefits the owner and the pilots and gives the management company a little less control. Really depends on owner. You can work for a sh$tty company and a great owner or an awesome company but a sh$tty owner...which is really better?

Depends on the owners expectations. If it is all about $$, the lower tier management companies may be right. The Nova Jets/ Partnerjets varieties.

There are options in YHM and YKF that may work as well. The companies I normally recommend are Skyservice, Execaire and Chartright and in that order.

Hello all,

I'm looking for some info on Chartright. I've been speaking with their HR department and might go have a chat with them in the near future. I'm looking for what their schedules are like, employee morale, how many off days, etc. Someone posted their payscale not too long ago so unless that's changed recently I have that information.

Who is in YHM/YKF these days

Skyservice manages a sovereign based in YKF. I think Chartright bought the big Millard hangar...not sure on that one though

Chartright hangar being used for the Augusta Helo division of Chartright.

Sovereign, no PPC and pay isnt too stellar.

Flightpath is a growing company in YKF with Phenoms and King airs
