Cool block time available CYTZ ($85/hr-DRY)

Post by dcabrown »

Cool block time. $85/Hr (DRY)

What makes it cool block time as opposed to just "regular" block time?

Firstly, we're cool guys. All of us. How do I know? Cause you have to be cool to live in this town and NOT like the Jays right now.

And we're looking for some cool guys or gals to purchase block time on our cool little Warrior based at one of THE coolest GA airport in the world. Cool? Read on.

Currently, our Piper Warrior II is only in use on the occasional weekday evening when do a bit of training, but mostly we end up doing city tours for friends who can now observe sold out crowds at the SkyDome acting like its 1993. Fools.

The ideal pilot(s) we're looking for should be smart enough to know the Jays will let this city down again, have their PPL and be working towards the Night/CPL/IFR ratings as we don't want you to attempt to knock off our gear (we've done a good job of that already)

The rate is $85/Hr dry which means you fill the tanks after each flight and if you lean properly and run at 55% power, fuel consumption is only 7GPH. That means your all in cost per hour is about $125. Not bad, eh?

There are dual KX155 NAV/COM, ILS, and a Garmin 396 to allow you to take a stab at GPS approaches. She's an excellent instrument platform.

The aircraft is in top shape mechanically, very clean and it should be known that no one has ever vomited in the aircraft except for me, twice, in 2011. (Intro to stalls)

Extended bookings including overnight are available, sometimes. For example, If you want to go to Montreal for 3 days, we'd be like, "get real". But if you wanted to go down to Marathon, Florida (like we did, twice) and stay in an airbnb for dirt cheap and get to experience something other than doing circuits in SW Ontario, then we'd be cool with that.

(told you we were cool)

But Did I mentioned the hourly rate is $85/Hr?

Also - During the winter, we have a blockheater and full covers so there's no problems flying all year round. But that doesn't matter, because maybe you'll be down in Marathon Florida where its 28C in the winter, amirite?

Also, one other cool fact - our aircraft's call sign is "echo delta hotel" - which, is a Spa in the Muskokas by the same name and for whatever reason they give us 80% food and fuel purchases when we fly into the nearby airport and stay there*

OK - but you should know, BLOCKTIME IS AVAILABLE FOR 50HR COMMITMENTS ONLY!!! (50 hours PER YEAR)

50!!!

THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO BUILD TIME FOR A LOT CHEAPER THAN RENTING FROM AN FTU , AND YOU’LL ACTUALLY GET TO GO PLACES!!!!
