WTI is at $38/bbl now... and it ain't going anywhere soon. All of the oil workers who've been rejoicing that peak oil is a myth can now cry the blues that peak oil is a myth.

But when it does recover YMM will be ready. Just like pipelines you don't wait until the recovery before being ready to participate in it.

I guess since they cut the janitorial and security staff and replaced them with cheaper labour they can afford this new expansion.
