Getting a Refund From an Airline
Anyone has experience on how to get a refund for cancelling a N R ticket due the airline [Delta] changing the schedule of one of the flights by 10 hrs making an 18 hrs trip
28 hrs long?
Delta claims that this is not enough disruption so they just offer a credit for future use but with a $ 300 penalty
I purchased the ticket with Expedia ca [paid Visa] back in September to travel in January 2016 . Delta has not suffered any loses due to the cancellation and Expedia claims they are only the booking agents and Im getting screwed
Any ideas?
Thank you .

+1, visa is super helpful.
The only three things a wingman should ever say: 1. "Two's up" 2. "You're on fire" 3. "I'll take the fat one"
