Hey all

I haven't been active on the forum in quite awhile, as I have myself exited the industry and allowed my licence to lapse. One day though...

I discovered this website though http://www.payscale.com/, and if it isn't already common knowledge I just want to make it known. Seems like a decent site and there is quite a bit to dig into.

I'd also like to encourage everyone on AvCanada to not only utilize it for yourself but to help out others by entering your own salary info to grow the database on pilot pay. It's for employers as well as employees.

I don't like the site. It just wants you to input a lot of information that I'm sure it would like to keep and sell.
