Why would someone ever want to respond to a comment as antagonistic as yours? What is your aim, you truly want information or you are just trying to be a troll?
There are some people on this forum that are genuinely looking for advice and guidance in their aviation careers, you are not contributing positively to the community.

You are the one that should feel shame.
First off, I am looking for info on the RJ pay scale if indeed there actually is one. No one seems to post the actual real scale here as with other companies. What is the pay scale as in their contract? Why else would it be so secret if people are genuinely proud to work there? So please post Captain and FO scales.
Secondly,
If you are looking for advice and guidance in your career, are you a private pilot looking to get started?
Here is some advice, it's no secret that this industry has gone down to the dumps, all to make McDonalds wages for a huge responsibility of flying an aircraft with people's lives at stake just to fly a damn jet! You contribute to nothing but helping this profession by having wages go down to the dumps by accepting these crap paying jobs with crap working conditions. If you want a career where u can ever afford to buy yourself a house and support a family STOP accepting these jobs. When the young people start to realize this, wages and working conditions will begin to return to the level they should be.
Now please post the actual pay scales and working conditions as outlined in your "contract" for the RJ operation.

It's not a secret, I think people are just tired of answering questions for people who are too lazy to search. It's common courtesy on forums to lurk a bit before asking questions that have already been addressed. Heisenberg666 can only answer so many times!

Nope. Not young, not a pilot, and not looking for unsolicited advice.
Year 1 $31,080
1900
Year 1 $50,539
Year 1 $29,669
According to Heisenberg, this is not out of date info and there is no context as to how this is formulated. This could be based on 100 hours/mth or 120, who knows, even if it were 80 which is fairly standard it utterly pathetic, add to that the 1900 pays just slightly less, this is one of those times I wish I hadn't bothered to look for the details. Also those 1900 wages are below average to begin with, I made 48,000/ year salary, first year twin turbine captain over 15 fn years ago, what a completely screwed up industry, what a bunch of whores we are.
Also recently found out some retired Jazz captains are flying GGN RJs, this is how much we are whores, I hope I don't run into any of these aholes, I will tell them exactly what I think of them.

Its based on a 70 hour minimum.
GGN has not been successful at recruiting anyone from Jazz (though they've tried), so that last part is not true. There were some ex-Jazz/Sky Regional Capts that came to GGN during the start up period on a temporary basis for line indoc, but that only lasted a few months.
Are you sure, if so then someone is posting in a non anonymous forum actual names and if this is not true then it hasn't been disputed so far.
I will look into it further before I make further comments on that, for now I retract my statement.
Here's the most up to date information on the regionals that I have - feel free to correct me but I'm pretty sure if you are a new hire this year these are the numbers you are looking at. SKY is the only stand out - the rest are in the same pile other than level of benefits and per diem rates of course.
Funny how in the older threads Jazz pilots whined about Encore and GGN lowering the bar, then they go and lower it farther. Great job guys, you still have a industry leading contract... just going the wrong f'ing way.
Except Jazz has a higher min. hour guarantee than GGN and Encore and thus, the higher base pay. If you want to fly your bag off and get OT, then Encore/GGN is higher paying.
Jazz has a 60% match up to 6% of regular salary for ESOP, has been 60% for I believe the last 3 years. Was 100% at one point and gets adjusted annually. Has to be approved by the board, so the match is not guaranteed.
Also has a profit share set up the same as ACs.
