PLEASE AMEs STRUCTURES, MECHANICS, AVIONICS do not think of applying for this company

Lots of bad exp and hated aviation because of them.

Yes neverblue. Cause any study of history shows that those with money and power only use that advantage to the benefit of those beneath them...

You will have lame management at any company and you will also have lame workers at any company. I've certainly taken my marching orders from and worked with both. I'd be willing to bet that at pretty much every company in Canada regardless of industry, you'll find a good healthy mix. Premier seems to not have that great of a reputation for employee satisfaction out there, so I'd steer clear of them.

Not so long ago, I was working for an Intl. Aviation contracting agency that sent some 50 A/P etc Connies to this company in Rome,,, They let them all go and hired back as an employee 4 Connies,, backstabbing the contracting agency. Premier in Windsor is milking the government there!
