I hear the schedule is good but the pay is below average and there's no pay increases.

I won't get into the story here but it's definitely not a place I would recommend anyone go. There seems to be pretty big operational and management issues. If you do decide to work for them and they offer you a position make sure you get their offer in writing, especially if you are moving to a different city for the job.
