KUDOS!
Great ad. No bond. No cash up front. No out of pocket cost to the pilot for training! A handshake and an agreement to stick around for a year. That's a very fair deal!

I hear the schedule is good but the pay is below average and there's no pay increases.

I won't get into the story here but it's definitely not a place I would recommend anyone go. There seems to be pretty big operational and management issues. If you do decide to work for them and they offer you a position make sure you get their offer in writing, especially if you are moving to a different city for the job.

Fairly certain they require one if you aren't already currently PPC'd

Also - you probably wont build time very fast as they cant keep the darn thing in the air.

+1, from what I gathered from the add it's a handshake if your already ppc'd, training agreement if you're not.
