I've check on their website but not a lot of information is available. Apart from a flow chart and a few testimonials from pilots who took part in this program; information is limited. I've tried calling HR and I have to say, I've never found it so difficult to get a hold of someone.
With that said, if anyone can shed some light on the mentor program I'd really appreciate it.

Re: Air Georgian mentor program
Last I heard the program has been terminated, they are just using the cadets from the first and only intake.
Re: Air Georgian mentor program
The cadet program had two groups but was suspended because it is no longer needed with the PML. Essentially every express partner pilot will get an interview at AC.
The mentor program through the aviation college and university partnership programs is alive and well. They are not pushing it right now because the two large intakes of cadets has filled the low time spots. The rest of the FO spots are needed for quick(er) upgrades.
