At the moment I can't remember the meteorology part of it, but don't completely forget the SARON stuff.

The last 5 questions of my SAMRA were definitely SARON material.

Hi,

I wrote it in March ealier this year and here is what I recall (and some I got wrong):
- all weather maps: know the little details inside out (20 kts min. to indicate winds on GFA, symbols, ...)
- high alt weather map: know your altitudes vs baro pressure
- icing: operation principles to be known (time of application vs takeoff)
- fog formation (a classic)
- flight ops with altimeter setting above 31.00" Hg
- location of supercooled droplets (vs type of cloud/T°)
- principles of operation of HF radio (I was quite amazed, I got about 4 questions on that and they dig quite a lot, way beyond FGU, Who-shall-not-be-named or Aerocourse)
- some windshear stuff
- TCAS (know TCAS levels vs operational capabilites - horizontal/vertical separation)
- ligthning vs temperature

Enjoy!

Just finished both exams, I agree with saksim. Concentrate on one or the other but there were questions regarding SAM and SAR on both exams. I noticed the questions are still worded TC style. Good luck.
