18 to 30k losing the family atmosphere in Steinbach, St Andrews is more consistent between instructors, either way seems to be fast flow through.

I've heard of one instructor making just shy of 40K, most are in the 20-25K region. In the past few months a bunch of us have noticed a decline in the family atmosphere. It's a good place to log hours if they like you. You can be busy, just don't expect much when you leave. One instructor left on shorter notice and they refused to pay him. That was a eye opener for the rest of us.
