Porter Flight Dispatcher Interview

Hey,

Does anyone have any information, tips, or advice regarding the interview at Porter for a Flight Dispatcher position? What does the interview consist of? Standard behavioural questions?

Also, does anyone have any information on current pay, working schedules, etc?

I can't speak for interview questions but probably behaviour questions yeah. Schedule was 4 on 4 off. When I worked there I really enjoyed it and there was overtime to be had, easy to trade shifts and great group of guys/gals. Good luck.
