Every day occurrence in JFK. Only place in the world where the pilot has to give taxi instructions to the ground controller.

Nice. Well I wouldn't have understood his question either. Sounds like the same guy with the "it's a question, a perogative"-quote to a pilot that didn't speak english on another older youtube movie.
