You must have been bored to pull that one up from 4 years ago.

Maybe you didn't read far enough down the post to see my reply stating I was a new Captain also and that I learned a lot from that experience. It was a great story to use in my interview and it opened up a great discussion between that F/O and I and we became better friends because of it. I was wrong to have even posted that as well as to deal with it the way I did initially and I told him so.

He is now a Captain himself but if he were to have been on my, sorry The, interview panel I think it would have helped me, not hurt me.

I know I bit your hook, but if you're going to bring up a post from 4 years ago with no further reference, I'm going to try and defend it.

I have a buddy who just went through the interview in TO .. medical as well .. he was in the pool before the hiring slowed down, and was emailed directly this time .. on the tuesday that the posting closed if I recall .. No reference check this time either, just straight in.

Can anyone else confirm that they are going back with their original pool ?
