All these beautiful clear sky photos might lead some to think that west coast mountain flying is a piece of cake. (with weather like in those photos it can be, but days with weather like above is the exception rather than the rule)

I try not to take to many Pics in Bad Wx at least not one that would incriminate me

Some awesome Pics everyone.

Marking removed from Beaver shot due to Beaver pilot possibly not knowing shot was taken. I need to make clear that the my last posts awesome pictures were taken by coworker and bush pilot F.F.

I feel very lucky to see the things I do most days, and I am proud that I fly where I do by choice (in reality, my wifes choice, but that is another story).

For a while I used to stare mindlessly at this when not sleeping:

Exciting for about 5 minutes per flight.

Although I do miss flights to destinations that allowed me to work on a tan around this time of year:

I am looking though other coworkers collections and if permission is granted, I'll post some more unbelievable scenery shots.
