Perhaps it's Westjet's perceived predatory ways that is coming back to bite them.

Whoever is doing the bomb hoaxes is doing a very dangerous thing. People have already been hurt and it is no laughing matter . To make an emergency landing in very busy airspace creates huge risks.

It could be internal issues someone has or a very unhappy customer. Either way it comes down to a mental health issue for someone out there .
