You are correct. Georgian won't hire anyone as a direct entry FO onto the 1900 without at least 500 hours of -8 PIC. This is why Porter is about to cut their capt salaries in half, as they know they're just a stepping stone for the 1900 carrot that GGN is dangling. C'mon, you should know this!

You almost had me Dan then I remembered oh it's Dan

I'm sure many miss those with great personalities that couldn't do a straight in ILS into YRB as well, basic flying skills would have saved their day, personality didn't !!!
Jealous?

Personality conflicts lead to degradation in CRM and safety. Good to know that your flying skills are so superior that you can fly an airliner flawlessly while in a vicious argument with your other crew member. In fact Nicky, I have a job for you! I'm going to apply to TC for you to fly my 747 single pilot. I'd hate for you to have to get along with a co-pilot.

Also, Jazz hires good personalities that pass the sim eval process.

Still waiting for an interview at a regional.
I get along fine with everyone, not sure why that would be any different at a regional.

Yeah, yeah, same old story. You've actually stated many times that you haven't even ever received a prescreening call, so it has nothing to do with anything except your resume.

Do me a huge favour, (and yourself) please pm me your resume and a cover letter in PDF. Word it for HR at Jazz. I will tell you in confidence what I think.
