Just because you paid 10K to work there, and so did your buddies, it doesn't make the practice right, so why keep defending it? I'd rather see a guy go someplace he'd be happy than keep his miserable ass in the seat beside me.

You're right Ilya, I was rude, and normally am not. Sorry Jean. I'm not defending the bond, I'm giving my opinion on why they have it. All I'm defending is the company I work for, and make a great living at, from the people saying to "stay clear" or "don't go near that shit hole". Everyone bad mouths the company without knowing the actual details, pay and all, of working here. Average meal per diems is 7,000, tax free, dollars. So no, it's not 29,000$ a year.
