How do you value yourself as a low time pilot?

Then you have made some excellent choices in deciding who to work for. I took a job with a fairly well known 703 operator in Northern Ontario and read some stories on here I thought could not possibly be true or were blown way out of proportion. Turns out AVCAN was 100% right and I could not get away from that angry man-child CP fast enough. I gave them a year of my time but the pressure to do stupid shit to make a few extra bucks ensured that was all they would get from me. During my 1 year stint they went through something like 35 pilots for a 5 plane operation, the place was a meat grinder and everyone was always walking on egg shells. By far the worst company I worked for in my career, On a positive note last I heard the operation was bought out (due to an inability to attract pilots) and seems to have done a complete 180 on the culture.
