How to rationalize like a covitard…
When an 80 year old cancer patient gets Covid and dies, they died of Covid.
When a vaccinated 80 year old cancer patient gets Covid and dies they died of cancer.
When someone gets a vaccine and dies a week later, they were going to die anyways.
Notice like religion they have an answer for everything.
I’m curious as to how many 80 year old people there are in your life, and how many cancer survivors.
I suspect, none of either - none that you care very much about, at any rate.
People are confused with what it means to “care” and have “empathy”
First and foremost I show I care an have empathy by offering choice. By accepting people as individuals. This is one of the best ways you can show you care. Empathic acknowledging. Respecting peoples choices.
I have just run out of empathy for those who feel their choices are superior and we should mandate them.
Freedoms are easy to give away, but you always have to fight to get them back. That is why I am always apprehensive about giving in so easily. It is always a last resort. Think of your work contract, what have you given up and what can you get back? It’s always a one way street unless you are willing to fight to get it back. Weren’t some AC pilots grumbling about flying cargo for a 10 percent pay cut, what is the chance they will get that back?
Telling people they should have to get vaccinated or suffer the consequences of job loss is about as un-empathetic is it gets. Literally a few posters here spread like cancer their un-empathetic non caring views and they try to turn that around in others. This even after the data has been presented that doesn’t justify vaccine mandates. You will literally call for booster shots when we have a new variant and it appears the vaccine is less effective against it. Strange.
I could say I think it’s a good idea to get vaccinated, but ultimately you deserve the autonomy to make that choice. What could be more caring than that?
I don’t need a lesson on what empathy is. You group think socialists are whacked.
