Yeah, that’s the tricky part — Nav Canada does have openings now and then, but the catch is always the legal right to work in Canada. From what I’ve seen, they generally won’t sponsor visas, so having PR or citizenship makes things a lot smoother. Best bet is to reach out directly to their HR team to confirm what options Americans have right now.

It looks like Nav is starting to hire controllers with prior experience. It doesn't mention anything about the legal right to work in Canada, but it also doesn't mention anything about Nav sponsoring visas.

If you're not a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, maybe consider applying!
