I suggest calling a local base LEC rep from your union to gain some insight. It isn't really public forum info. Nothing wrong with your question but this isn't the place to ask. Phone ACPA and ask to speak to a base lec rep. Have your employee number ready and they will phone you back to the number listed with the association. If you haven't joined yet, get on it.
