Loaded question.

1) Every situation is unique and the motivation for making that move (or not make it) varies greatly from individual to individual
2) Biased, in the sense that we make every decision we take "work for us", so the majority will claim that they don't regret the decision. Ask the same question to folks who decided to remain at Jazz and along the same line, the majority will tell you that they also do not regret their decision.
3) Answer will vary in time. One day it may be the best decision ever and a week later, it could be the worst.

This said, it's a good idea to poll others so you can benefit from their experience, but weigh those answers accordingly in your decision process.

Good luck!!

The vast majority of people I encounter coming this direction from Jazz are pleased with the training, and positive work attitude.

The E2 has a nice blend of Porter and the best of Maple, so it's new but not unfamiliar. Once people get on the line, flying is flying and that heavily depends on A.G and the changes he's making in crew planning and crew sked.

For now, still lots of positivity circulating.

Same. But I didn't come from Jazz. But my only regret is not coming sooner as well. Who knows what the future holds but this job brought my love of flying back. It had disappeared from my previous job.

Thats awesome to hear! Even with all the struggles on the Dash side I had similar feelings the other day while at work.
