I’d guess the February bid won’t happen, big bid in either March or April.

Re: Flat bid for Decemeber
I thought it might be after the contract but then after hearing of the mid December investor strategic plan announcement, I figured the December bid would be pretty vanilla. I then figured Feb would be big but after seeing the strategic plan outlook and the delayed delivery dates and 220 YVR base + rouge fleet plan, I think it'll be CMSC 25-02 or 03 (essentially summer) that will be big. Of course now we have this tariff war so who the hell knows. Certainly not IBlueontop wrote: ↑Mon Jan 20, 2025 7:58 pmDecember was supposed to be the MOABs lolflying4dollars wrote: ↑Mon Jan 20, 2025 1:13 pmMy guess, Feb will be a bit more exciting than the past several, and April-June (whenever 25-03 comes out) will be big. Just a gut feeling, but my guess is as good as anyone's![]()

Just 253 vacancies. That is a flat bid.
The music is sure slowing.

But the 787s are coming next year as are the 220s and more 737s. These last couple flat bids have been due to aircraft availability. Same thing that happened at the big US carriers last year. I might be wrong but I believe either the bid in April or at the latest June should be a rather large bid.

Unless they become replacements instead of growth.jpilot77 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 04, 2025 4:57 pmBut the 787s are coming next year as are the 220s and more 737s.
