The question is, what exactly are airlines trying to be these days? Thanks to Osama, Sars and Southwest Airlines, this industry is lost. AC, WJ and 80% of airlines worldwide are changing their strategy on a daily basis. We all think we have an identity but we don't. Our identity is what management thinks it should be today and tomorrow morning. Beyond that, who knows?! Someday those seats will get empty again. Maybe then our real identities will surface again. Those pillows and blankets just might be free again soon.Once again, another WestJet thread hijacked by people unclear on the difference between low-cost, low-fare and no-frills.
